This brand was born from a deeply personal journey. From the age of 12, our founder struggled with acne—trying countless products, consulting dermatologists, and experiencing the emotional highs and lows that often come with skin challenges. Acne doesn’t just affect the skin; it can affect confidence, identity, and self-worth.

While working full time in law enforcement, our founder made the life-changing decision to step away and commit fully to understanding skin—especially melanin-rich skin. Late nights were spent researching botanical ingredients, essential oils, herbs, and traditional remedies, studying how skin responds to thoughtful, intentional care.

In June 2018, the first formula was created: The Flawless Skin Kit. Rather than rushing it to market, it was placed into a year-long trial with real people—because results mattered more than hype. After seeing consistent, visible improvements, Gladiolus Beauty Cosmetics officially launched on November 2, 2020.
